Your imagination is the limit — and this time, we’re doing it twice!
Transforming everyday objects into art is not only fun and freeing, it’s also a beautiful way to make meaningful, personal pieces that reflect your passions — or those of someone close to your heart.
“For the Record” is a one-of-a-kind mixed-media adventure that brings together found objects, natural elements, your favourite embellishments, and a healthy dose of texture and sparkle.
We’ll be working on a truly unusual surface — the vinyl record — using my trusted Finnabair art mediums, including Art Extravagance Pastes, Art Basics Gesso and Gels, Art Ingredients – Mica Powders, Glitters, and Art Alchemy Liquid Acrylic Paints and Waxes.
And the best part? We’ll make TWO complete artworks together — so you get even more techniques, inspiration, and room to experiment with different styles and compositions using a similar base of products.

This class is packed with creative ideas and practical know-how.
You’ll learn how to work on delicate, flexible surfaces like vinyl, how to build striking dimensional effects, and how to use your materials in playful, effective ways. Whether you’re drawn to rich, earthy grunge or something more dreamy and sparkly — there will be space to follow your own vibe.

We’ll work step-by-step, and I’ll be creating live right alongside you — sharing tips, tricks, and my personal approach to building depth, balance, and beautiful contrast. I’ll also suggest alternatives for tools and materials, so you can make the most of what you have at home.

This class is based on one of my most loved in-person workshops — but with fresh ideas, new products, and two times the creative fun -and all of that you can enjoy it all from the comfort of your own home, with lifetime access to all the resources — so you can revisit and recreate the project as many times as you like!
In this class, you’ll learn:
- How to gather and choose the right supplies for this kind of surface
- How to build on a flexible, delicate vinyl record using pastes and stencils
- How to create two different compositions using found objects and natural bits
- How to add sparkle, shine, and that layered grungy goodness using Mica Powders, Liquid Acrylics, Effect Pastes and more
- How to bring your pieces to life with contrast, colour, and detail
…and of course, how to trust the process and make it your own.

Finnabair
You might know me as Finnabair, but my real name is Anna Dabrowska-Pekocka, and I’m a mixed-media artist, teacher, coach and product designer.
Transforming and upcycling everyday objects is the cornerstone of my craft; to make this “casual magic” possible for everyone, I develop approachable techniques for all skill levels. Between textures and paint, my love for dimensional artwork shaped my distinctive style. Mix in expressive freedom, awakening a creative spark each person holds inside, and therapeutic, releasing powers of art, and you’ll have a picture of my core values.
What had started as a hobby, in 2011 transformed into teaching in-person mixed media classes with immediate success. In 2013, I established a long-term relationship with one of the top craft suppliers worldwide, Prima Marketing; since then, I have counted myself among the most active and best-known product designers in the mixed-media world. The products I come up withstand out thanks to their distinctive style, which is unique to my brand, and blur the line between craft supplies, home décor, and fine art.
After over ten years on the market, I’m one of the most recognizable and experienced professional teachers in my field. My classes are in great demand, and I continuously strive to deliver the best possible experience and quality to my students. Being able to say that I successfully turned my passion into a full-time job is an incredible feeling.
My mission? To continue this magical, artistic journey, and guide, teach and encourage as many creative souls as I can on their path of self-discovery.
Art is always the Answer.
