Being creative souls, we often feel discouraged, stuck, or uninspired, and finding an effective, fresh source of inspiration and creative excitement may not be easy! One of the popular approaches, combining motivation with fun are creative challenges or visual inspirations called Moodboards.
They usually combine a set of guidelines, a quote, or a theme we are supposed to focus on, followed by matching images or photos, helping us find a starting point and get into creative flow…
But, how to use them? Where to start?
How can you translate the Moodboard into a project that will be a fusion of inspiration and your natural style? Let me show you how I tackle this problem!
This class is a combination of 2 video materials showing in detail how you can turn a moodboard into a fully finished project.
The first one is a recording of my live class, “All about Moodboards”, where I talk about possible approaches, ideas and inspirations and explain my thinking process step-by-step. I talk about the multiple options and encourage creativity and independent thinking while working with visual inspirations. You can expect not only valuable tips and guidelines but also examples of the substrates and elements or art mediums I’d choose for my own project.
This recorded livestream is an excellent source for anyone who feels a bit uninspired, intimidated or out of creative energy – moodboards are fabulous sparks to put your creativity on fire!
In the second part of the class, you can see the actual project done step-by-step, including the materials I was picking in the livestream.
